Great sun terrace in Blagoevgrad, which urgently needed repair.
As can be seen in the photos, there were areas where the base had to be prepared before laying the elastic membrane.
In this case, the best solution is partial repair of the base and complete waterproofing.
Hydroflex-Universal liquid rubber saves unnecessary damage and removal of granite tiles.

The steps we followed are the following:

•     Cleaning and dedusting the base.
•     Cleaning the joints where necessary.
•     Removal and re-gluing of the glued tiles.
•     Lubrication of compromised areas.
•     Reinforcement of the corners with liquid rubber and reinforcement of polyester veil
•     Reinforcement of the floor with 2 layers of liquid rubber Hydroflex-Universal
•     Laying 2 finishing layers in beige color.
