Our next site is located in a quiet and picturesque place on the beach.
We are extremely grateful for the trust that the manager of Hotel St. Panteleimon Beach - Nessebar has given us.

The hotel has an extremely pleasant atmosphere, but as we have already mentioned, the open terraces require good maintenance of the base so that there is no problem with leaks and the rooms under them are not damaged.

Temperature differences and bad weather have disrupted some of the granite tiles, so the terrace needed partial repairs and good waterproofing.

We prepared the base by re-gluing and lubricating certain areas.
We applied four layers of Hydroflex-Universal liquid rubber and reinforced it with polyester canvas.
For a good aesthetic appearance, we proposed the final coating to be with colored waterproofing.
From the color catalog, customers chose Light Ocher.
