Customers from a newly built residential block in Sofia have asked us to apply waterproofing to a terrace which is a roof of a shop.
Because the area is quite large, customers have decided to waterproof only the part of the wall of the building to protect the apartment that borders it, as well as the store below it.
Due to a poorly tilted slope and inappropriate siphon laying, customers had problems with more heavy rains.

The steps we followed were standard when laying waterproofing on tiles:

• Cleaning and dust removal of the base.
• Priming with waterproofing primer Hydroflex-Grund
• First-hand application with Hydroflex-Universal liquid rubber and reinforcement with polyester canvas A-65.
• After the first layer of the liquid tire completely dried, we put two more finishing layers.

There was a pretty beautiful waterproofing because the customers fit the color of the facade of the block and wished to put a tear-colored liquid tire.
