Another terrace with tiles that had to be waterproof liquid rubber Hydroflex Universal is located in Sofia. The terrace is at the penthouse apartment, which is on the top floor of the building. Here interesting thing was that the owners of the apartment wished color of waterproofing to be consistent with the color of the roof, ie shingles / dark blue / and color of the facade / light blue /. Before being laid insulation Hydroflex Universal terrace is primed with waterproofing primer Hydroflex Grund in order to create better adhesion to the substrate.

Definitely brown tiles that were placed not tied in any way visually facade and our customers rightly demanded but to be solved the problem of leakage, which had from the terrace to make it a fresh and pleasant look of their terrace.

This led to the unanimous decision that the terrace should be waterproof liquid rubber Hydroflex Universal blue.
