Our next client is from Sofia and contacted us in connection with liquid rubber waterproofing of the terrace to the apartment. The terrace is covered with tiles. Here it is interesting that in one end of the terrace itself is made with brick outbuilding YTONG. The purpose of this extra added piece to be used as a place for planting flowers.

For this purpose, mention was expected that it will be filled with soil in which to plant the plants. For us it was clear that this part of the terrace should be strengthened and isolated stable liquid rubber and polyester canvas A65, as it would be under constant moisture.

The rest of the terrace also isolated by liquid rubber Hydroflex-Universal and crosslinking with polyester fabric. The walls and floor boards on the terrace railings made with liquid rubber waterproofing of white color, which is tied with the plaster on the walls.

After applying several coats of waterproofing liquid rubber in white on linking already made with polyester canvas A65 undertook coloring on the terrace.

Yellow / tan / sun give the finished look of the terrace and additional mood coming from the color.

So terrace will become a favorite gathering place for friends and welcome the holidays in the open :)
